CB Marquee Characters is a small business in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. This page explains what this website collects and why. Last updated October 2026.
What this site collects
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages and buttons people use, and Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can fix anything confusing. Both tools set cookies and record an approximate location, device type and the pages viewed. Clarity masks text you type. We do not run ads or sell any data.
What we keep when you contact us
If you call, email or message us, we keep your name, contact details, event date, venue and the word you asked for so we can quote and deliver. We keep it for our own records and do not share it with anyone except as needed to deliver the rental.
Reviews and photos
Reviews shown on the site are quoted from Google and shortened to a first name and initial. Event photos are published with the permission of the people who booked. If you want a review or photo removed, tell us and we will take it down.
Your choices and how to reach us
You can block cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or ask us what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Email admin@cbmarqueecharacters.ca or call 902-537-1074. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies.
